Your Referral Journey With CoraVets

Referral veterinary care can be daunting for pet owners. At CoraVets, we acknowledge this, and aim to simplify and de-stress the experience. Clear information, clear planning, and clear pricing are at the core of our commitment to you and your pets.

We know that life is busy, and we respect your time. We strive to offer timely referral, flexible appointment scheduling, and to keep you informed every step of the way.

We will liaise with you and your vet to ensure all necessary information is available ahead of your visit.

On arrival, our client care team will greet you, and let the clinical team know that you have arrived. We know that you may have travelled some distance to visit us, and have designed a comfortable reception area where you can avail of complementary coffee and refreshments, as well as toilet facilities.

Discharge & Follow-up

You’ll receive written aftercare instructions and medications, and we’ll update your primary vet with a full clinical summary and arrange any follow-ups needed.

At CoraVets, we understand that pet owners often have questions about the referral and treatment process.
Where is CoraVets located?
CoraVets is based in Dundrum, South Dublin, in a modern, fully accredited specialist veterinary hospital serving clients across Ireland.

A Veterinary Specialist is a veterinary practitioner who has completed advanced training and examinations in a specific area of veterinary practice. These vets have usually achieved post-graduate diploma-level qualifications, recognised by European specialist institutions and entitling them to diplomat status. This qualification signifies they have received in-depth, supervised training in their specialist field, ensuring breadth and depth of knowledge, confirmed by board examination. Equivalent to consultants in the human medical field, specialist status signifies expertise, and is regularly scrutinised and re-accredited. This process ensures that your pets are offered the most up-to-date and proven treatments available. Click Here
