Referring a case to CoraVets is simple, streamlined, and designed to support you, your client, and your patient.
How to Refer

Submit a Referral Form

Send your referral via our online form or email, including clinical history, imaging, and laboratory results (if available).

We Contact the Client

Our client care team will reach out directly to the pet owner to schedule the appointment, confirm details, and answer initial questions.

Specialist Consultation & Planning

At the appointment, our specialist reviews the case, discusses options, and agrees a treatment plan with the owner. We will keep you informed throughout.

Treatment & Hospital Care

If surgery or diagnostics are needed, admission may happen the same day. Owners receive daily updates, and we remain available for direct communication.

Discharge & Follow-Up

A detailed clinical summary is provided to the referring vet and owner at discharge, including ongoing care plans and recheck arrangements.

Communication Process

We work collaboratively with referring veterinary surgeons throughout the entire case journey.
